These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the Stagebud platform (“the Platform”), owned and operated by Webmuch Software Private Limited (“Webmuch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Stagebud, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

- Platform: Refers to Stagebud, including the website, mobile applications, and associated services.
- User: Refers to any individual or entity that uses the Platform, including event organizers, delegates, and other visitors.
- Content: Refers to all text, images, videos, logos, and other materials uploaded or displayed on the Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Authorized to create, manage, or use the services on behalf of an organization, if applicable.
3. Services
Stagebud enables event organizers to create event websites, manage registrations, and showcase content. Webmuch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform without notice or liability.
4. User Accounts
- Account Creation: To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.
- Termination: Webmuch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or any applicable law.
5. Payment Terms
- Subscription Fees: Certain features of the Platform may require payment of subscription fees. These fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and taxes.
- Late Payments: Unpaid fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
6. Content Ownership and Usage
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Webmuch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it as necessary to operate the Platform.
- Prohibited Content: Users may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Platform, including its design, functionality, and branding, is owned by Webmuch. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without explicit permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
- Upload malicious software or engage in activities that could harm the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webmuch and its affiliates will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from technical issues or disruptions.
